These Terms of Use govern visits to and use of the marketing website zensu.dev (the "Website"). For use of the SaaS platform at app.zensu.dev, the General Terms (ToS) apply in addition.

1. Provider

The provider of the Website is MK IT Consulting Marcel Karras, based in Germany. For full details, see the Imprint.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website provides information about the Zensu product and allows sign-up for the closed beta. Use of the public Website is free of charge and possible without registration.

3. Relationship to the General Terms

As soon as you register for the Zensu platform or create an account, the General Terms additionally apply. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Use and the General Terms, the General Terms take precedence with respect to the SaaS contract.

4. Content and availability

All content on the Website has been compiled with care. However, the provider assumes no liability for the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of the information provided. No specific availability of the Website is guaranteed.

5. Copyright

Texts, images, graphics, and layouts of the Website are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, processing, or distribution beyond the statutory limits requires the written consent of the provider. The source code of Zensu's open-source components is licensed under the terms stated in the respective repository (see GitHub).

8. Data protection

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. With respect to consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as the protection afforded is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence.

10. Changes to these Terms of Use

The provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time without giving reasons. The version in force at the time is available on this page.
