Electronic withdrawal pursuant to section 356a BGB (German Civil Code) for distance contracts subject to the consumer right of withdrawal. Please use the withdrawal form inside the Zensu app. The receipt is legally binding at the moment the form arrives at our server.
Alternatively, you may declare your withdrawal informally by email to [email protected] . Please include your contract / invoice number or the email address used at registration.
