Right of Withdrawal (section 356a BGB)

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MK IT Consulting Marcel Karras, Zensu Service, ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

You may also use the electronic withdrawal function pursuant to section 356a (3) BGB directly at app.zensu.dev/withdrawal and submit it electronically. If you use this option, we will promptly confirm receipt of such a withdrawal (for example, by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notice of your withdrawal.

We will carry out such refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this refund.

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please use the electronic form at app.zensu.dev/withdrawal or contact us informally by email at . Please include: order/invoice number or registration email, consumer name and address, order date, date of declaration, and — if notifying on paper — your signature.
